Comment
The series, consisting of 14 plates and a title page, reproduces the lower margins of the tapestries designed by Raphael and his workshop. This part of the tapestries represent episodes from the life of the commissioner, Pope Leo X (Giovanni de' Medici). Bartoli dedicated the series to Prince Leopoldo de' Medici.
