Comment
Part of the series of seven School engravings related to Mantegna's Triumph of Caesar, see under inv. no. 5014. This print is another version of TIB 2506.018a, from which it differs only in minor details. As opposed to Barstch's opinion, this cannot be a copy after .018a, given the unfinished state of that print. According to Zucker in TIB, the two prints were rather taken from a common source independently. However, this print is closely related to .018c, and one is a copy of the other.
