Comment
For the series, see inv. no. 19996. The first state of this print was dedicated to Baccio Del Bianco who was in charge of designing the fortifications of the port of Livorno between 1626 and 1627. There is a drawing of a similar ship in the Gabinetto Nazionale delle Stampe, Rome.
