Comment
While De Vesme dates the series to the end of Della Bella's stay in Paris, Jolanta Talbierska supposed that they were made in Florence and the artist sent the plates back to Paris, Jolanta Talbierska, Stefano della Bella (1610-1664): Etchings from the Collection of the Prints Room of the Warsaw University Library, Warsaw 2001, no. III. 41-42.
