Comment
The print belongs to a series of 11 plates, reproducing in the same direction the frescoes by Guido Reni on the ceiling of a loggia in the Palazzo Rospigliosi Pallavicini on Monte Quirinale, Rome. Since the prints from the first state carry the signature of Pietro Antonio Cotta, Bellini in TIB 1987 suggested to attribute the series to him.
